Shannon Manning and Meghan Griffin led Bridgewater to the NEWLA title earning NEWLA Player and Defensive Player of the Week honors. Manning scored 8 goals with five assists tournament while Griffin registered 23 saves and posted a 6.50 goals against average in the two contests.
Fitchburg's Ashley Massa and Becker's Tammy Mullen shared NEWLA Player of the Week accolades. Massa scored five goals leading her team to a conference win over Mullen's Hawks 11-9. Mullen scored six goals in the contest and 14 on the week.
Freshman Laura Chiricosta led Westfield State to two conference wins and a 3-0 mark scoring 14 goals with five assists earning NEWLA Player of the Week. Senior goalkeeper Ashley Davison of Fitchburg made 38 saves with a .588 save percentage to claim NEWLA Defensive Player of the Week.
The duo of Nichole Bouchard and Meredith Pope led Castleton to three conference wins earning NEWLA Player of the Week and Defensive Player of the Week.
